Renvia Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Renvia Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and Renvia policies.
1. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval
Participation in the Renvia Affiliate Program is subject to review and approval by Renvia. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Renvia may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion if the affiliate does not meet program requirements or violates these terms.
2. Affiliate Commission
Approved affiliates are eligible to earn a 10% commission on qualifying referred sales.
A sale qualifies for commission when it is successfully completed and properly attributed to the affiliate through an approved referral link, promotional code, or other tracking method provided by Renvia.
Commission is calculated on the qualifying order amount after applicable discounts and excludes taxes, shipping charges, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and other non-qualifying amounts.
3. Affiliate Discount
Approved affiliates may receive a unique referral link and/or promotional code that can provide customers with 15% off eligible purchases.
Affiliate codes are intended for legitimate promotional purposes and may be subject to product exclusions, promotional restrictions, or other limitations established by Renvia.
Discounts may not always be combined with other promotions, coupons, or volume-pricing offers.
4. Referral Tracking
Renvia uses affiliate tracking technology to attribute eligible visits and purchases to affiliates.
Affiliates are responsible for using the referral links or promotional codes assigned to them correctly. Renvia cannot guarantee commission for purchases that cannot be accurately attributed to an affiliate.
Referral tracking may use cookies and other permitted tracking methods.
5. Qualifying & Non-Qualifying Sales
Commission may be earned only on legitimate, successfully completed qualifying sales.
Commission will not be payable on orders that are refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, disputed, subject to a chargeback, reversed, unpaid, duplicated, or otherwise determined by Renvia to be ineligible.
Renvia may reverse or adjust commissions when an order later becomes non-qualifying.
6. Promotional Standards
Affiliates must represent Renvia and its products accurately, professionally, and responsibly.
Affiliates may not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated statements about Renvia or its products. Promotional content must accurately reflect information authorized or provided by Renvia.
Affiliates may not alter product information in a way that creates misleading claims or representations.
7. Medical, Health & Product Claims
Affiliates must not make unauthorized medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, treatment, prevention, or cure claims regarding Renvia products.
Affiliates must not provide unauthorized human-use instructions, dosing instructions, protocols, or other representations prohibited by Renvia policies or applicable law.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and other regulatory requirements.
8. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever required.
Disclosures should be clear and reasonably visible so audiences understand that the affiliate may receive compensation when purchases are made through their referral link or promotional code.
9. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in spam, deceptive advertising, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized medical claims, impersonation of Renvia, misleading discount advertising, manipulation of referral tracking, or any activity intended to improperly generate commissions.
Affiliate links and promotional codes may not be used in a way that damages Renvia’s reputation or misleads customers about the affiliate’s relationship with Renvia.
10. Affiliate Dashboard
Approved affiliates may receive access to an affiliate dashboard where available.
The dashboard may include referral links, promotional codes, visits, conversions, orders, commissions, payment information, and other program-related information.
Dashboard information may be updated or adjusted when orders are refunded, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise become ineligible.
11. Commission Payments
Only approved and eligible commissions will be payable.
Commissions may remain pending while associated orders are reviewed or until applicable refund, cancellation, fraud, or chargeback risks have been resolved.
Payment methods, payout schedules, minimum payout requirements, and other payment procedures may be established or updated by Renvia and communicated to participating affiliates.
12. Intellectual Property & Brand Use
Affiliates may use Renvia-approved logos, product images, marketing materials, and brand assets solely for authorized promotion of Renvia.
Affiliates may not claim ownership of Renvia trademarks, logos, product images, content, or other intellectual property.
Brand materials may not be altered or used in a misleading, defamatory, or unauthorized manner.
13. Content & Advertising Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish and the platforms they use to promote Renvia.
All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies, disclosure requirements, and these Affiliate Program Terms.
Renvia may request that non-compliant promotional content be corrected or removed.
14. Suspension & Termination
Renvia may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, misleading promotion, misuse of affiliate links or codes, unauthorized claims, or conduct that may harm Renvia or its customers.
Upon termination, the affiliate must stop representing themselves as a Renvia affiliate and discontinue unauthorized use of Renvia promotional materials.
Legitimate commissions approved before termination may remain payable subject to these terms, while fraudulent or otherwise ineligible commissions may be cancelled.
15. Changes to the Affiliate Program
Renvia may modify the affiliate program, commission structure, discount structure, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, payment procedures, or these terms when reasonably necessary.
Updated terms may be posted on this page. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. No Employment or Partnership
Participation in the Renvia Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or other similar relationship between Renvia and the affiliate.
Affiliates participate as independent promoters and are responsible for their own activities and applicable obligations.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an affiliate application or continuing to participate in the Renvia Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
